Contractor websites · Anaheim, CA
Before they call, they look you up.
Homeowners pick a contractor from their phone. Your work, your license and a way to ask for a quote should be the first thing they find.
October 2026
I looked up five contractors in Anaheim.
- 5/5
had a website of their own.
- 1/5
showed no license number on it.
- 1/5
gave a different street address on its own site than on another listing.
Every one had a site. The gaps were smaller: a missing license number and an address that didn't match another listing.
What I saw, one by one
- A plumbing company had a working site with a contact form and book-online page, though a directory listed a different street address.
- An electrical business had a working site showing a license number at the top of every page, plus a contact form.
- An electrical business's site had a free quote form, no license number on the pages read and a 2024 footer.
- An HVAC company had a working site with service forms on many pages and a license number shown.
- A handyman business had a site showing a license number, with a LinkedIn link to a differently named company page.

If you've been putting it off
The reasons I hear, and what I do about them.
“It costs too much.”
$497 one time for a custom site. No monthly fee unless you want SmooveCare, and your domain stays in your name.
“I don't have time.”
You tell me about the business once. I build it, then walk you through it on a video call. Most designs are ready to demo in 48 hours or less.
“The last guy disappeared.”
I pick up the phone and I give honest timelines. Here's what people have to say about me.
Destin called with all the updates and was very honest with timelines and deadlines. It was a breath of fresh air to have the customer service that was given.
Questions contractors ask.
I get my work from referrals. Why do I need a site?
Referrals still look you up before they call. A site of your own backs up what your customer told them.
Can people send photos with a quote request?
Yes. The form can take photos of the job, and it comes straight to you.
Who builds it?
Me. SmooveOperator is one person in Orange County, so you talk directly with the person designing and building your site, start to finish.
How much does it cost?
$497 one time for a custom site, built and launched the way I design it, or $997 if you want it adjusted until it feels like yours. SmooveCare, monthly hosting and upkeep, is optional at $99 a month. Your domain stays yours either way.
