Tax & insurance office websites · Costa Mesa, CA
Before they call, they look you up.
People choosing someone for their taxes or insurance want to trust you before they call. A clear site of your own does that work for you.
October 2026
I looked up four tax, accounting and insurance offices in Costa Mesa.
- 3/4
had a form on the site for a new client to reach out online.
- 1/4
still had template wording and social icons pointing to the website builder instead of the business.
- 0/4
let a new client pick an appointment time online.
Costa Mesa offices mostly have a working contact form, but none let a new client choose a time without calling.
What I saw, one by one
- An insurance agency had a site still showing template wording and social icons that linked to Wix's own pages.
- A professional firm had a working site with a free consultation form, a message form and a 2026 footer.
- A CPA office had a working site explaining services for small businesses, individuals and estates in plain words, with no footer year.
- A tax office had a site whose footer misspelled the firm's name, and booking was by web form or phone.

If you've been putting it off
The reasons I hear, and what I do about them.
“It costs too much.”
$497 one time for a custom site. No monthly fee unless you want SmooveCare, and your domain stays in your name.
“I don't have time.”
You tell me about the office once. I build it, then walk you through it on a video call. Most designs are ready to demo in 48 hours or less.
“The last guy disappeared.”
I pick up the phone and I give honest timelines. Here's what people have to say about me.
Destin called with all the updates and was very honest with timelines and deadlines. It was a breath of fresh air to have the customer service that was given.
Questions office owners ask.
Can clients send me documents through the site?
The site can link to the secure portal you already use. I won't build a homemade upload for sensitive files.
I get most clients by word of mouth. Do I need this?
Referred clients still look you up before they call. A clear site of your own backs up the recommendation.
Who builds it?
Me. SmooveOperator is one person in Orange County, so you talk directly with the person designing and building your site, start to finish.
How much does it cost?
$497 one time for a custom site, built and launched the way I design it, or $997 if you want it adjusted until it feels like yours. SmooveCare, monthly hosting and upkeep, is optional at $99 a month. Your domain stays yours either way.
