Tax & insurance office websites · Cypress, CA
Before they call, they look you up.
New clients compare offices on their phone. Yours should say who you help, what you do and how to start, in plain words.
October 2026
I looked up four tax, accounting and insurance offices in Cypress.
- 0/4
showed a way to pick an appointment time online on the home page.
- 2/4
had terms and privacy pages written for a different company.
- 1/4
had a footer year of 2023.
Cypress offices all have sites, but none let a first-time client choose a time, and a couple carry leftover template text.
What I saw, one by one
- A CPA firm had a working site listing office hours and services for individuals and businesses, with a 2026 footer.
- A CPA office's site had a 2023 footer, two different phone numbers and a link still pointing to COVID-19 pages.
- An accounting office had a working site whose terms and privacy pages were written for another company, plus a 2019 award badge.
- An accounting office had a working site with placeholder Latin text in a service card and terms pages naming another company.

If you've been putting it off
The reasons I hear, and what I do about them.
“It costs too much.”
$497 one time for a custom site. No monthly fee unless you want SmooveCare, and your domain stays in your name.
“I don't have time.”
You tell me about the office once. I build it, then walk you through it on a video call. Most designs are ready to demo in 48 hours or less.
“The last guy disappeared.”
I pick up the phone and I give honest timelines. Here's what people have to say about me.
Destin called with all the updates and was very honest with timelines and deadlines. It was a breath of fresh air to have the customer service that was given.
Questions office owners ask.
Can clients send me documents through the site?
The site can link to the secure portal you already use. I won't build a homemade upload for sensitive files.
I get most clients by word of mouth. Do I need this?
Referred clients still look you up before they call. A clear site of your own backs up the recommendation.
Who builds it?
Me. SmooveOperator is one person in Orange County, so you talk directly with the person designing and building your site, start to finish.
How much does it cost?
$497 one time for a custom site, built and launched the way I design it, or $997 if you want it adjusted until it feels like yours. SmooveCare, monthly hosting and upkeep, is optional at $99 a month. Your domain stays yours either way.
