Tax & insurance office websites · Westminster, CA
The site you keep meaning to build.
New clients compare offices on their phone. Yours should say who you help, what you do and how to start, in plain words.
October 2026
I looked up five tax, accounting and insurance offices in Westminster.
- 1/5
had no website of their own.
- 3/5
gave a new client no online form or booking, only a phone number or email (or no site at all).
- 1/5
never said on the home page who it serves.
Most offices here have a site, but a few still depend on a phone call or email to get a first-time client started.
What I saw, one by one
- An insurance office had no website of its own, and only Yelp and directory pages turned up.
- An insurance agency had a working site with quote forms for personal and commercial insurance, and hours including weekends by appointment.
- A tax office's site offered personal and business returns, payroll and record keeping, in English and Spanish.
- A tax office's site said to book by phone or email and took returns by mail, drop-off, upload or fax.
- A tax office's site listed filing, payroll, company formation and notary help, but never said who it serves.

If you've been putting it off
The reasons I hear, and what I do about them.
“It costs too much.”
$497 one time for a custom site. No monthly fee unless you want SmooveCare, and your domain stays in your name.
“I don't have time.”
You tell me about the office once. I build it, then walk you through it on a video call. Most designs are ready to demo in 48 hours or less.
“The last guy disappeared.”
I pick up the phone and I give honest timelines. Here's what people have to say about me.
Destin called with all the updates and was very honest with timelines and deadlines. It was a breath of fresh air to have the customer service that was given.
Questions office owners ask.
Can clients send me documents through the site?
The site can link to the secure portal you already use. I won't build a homemade upload for sensitive files.
I get most clients by word of mouth. Do I need this?
Referred clients still look you up before they call. A clear site of your own backs up the recommendation.
Who builds it?
Me. SmooveOperator is one person in Orange County, so you talk directly with the person designing and building your site, start to finish.
How much does it cost?
$497 one time for a custom site, built and launched the way I design it, or $997 if you want it adjusted until it feels like yours. SmooveCare, monthly hosting and upkeep, is optional at $99 a month. Your domain stays yours either way.
