Tax & insurance office websites · Santa Ana, CA
Before they call, they look you up.
New clients compare offices on their phone. Yours should say who you help, what you do and how to start, in plain words.
October 2026
I looked up four tax, accounting and insurance offices in Santa Ana.
- 1/4
had no website of their own.
- 3/4
had a form on the site for a new client to reach out online.
- 1/4
listed no phone number on the home page, only a form and an email.
A stranger searching in Santa Ana will find most of these offices, but one is only a Facebook page and another hides its phone number.
What I saw, one by one
- An insurance office had no website of its own, and only a Facebook page and a state DMV partner listing turned up.
- A tax office's site offered a free 30-minute consultation through a contact form but showed no street address.
- A tax office's site listed an address, tax, notary and apostille help, and a 2025 footer, but no phone number.
- A CPA office had a working site naming who it serves and which cities it covers, with a quick inquiry form.

If you've been putting it off
The reasons I hear, and what I do about them.
“It costs too much.”
$497 one time for a custom site. No monthly fee unless you want SmooveCare, and your domain stays in your name.
“I don't have time.”
You tell me about the office once. I build it, then walk you through it on a video call. Most designs are ready to demo in 48 hours or less.
“The last guy disappeared.”
I pick up the phone and I give honest timelines. Here's what people have to say about me.
Destin called with all the updates and was very honest with timelines and deadlines. It was a breath of fresh air to have the customer service that was given.
Questions office owners ask.
Can clients send me documents through the site?
The site can link to the secure portal you already use. I won't build a homemade upload for sensitive files.
I get most clients by word of mouth. Do I need this?
Referred clients still look you up before they call. A clear site of your own backs up the recommendation.
Who builds it?
Me. SmooveOperator is one person in Orange County, so you talk directly with the person designing and building your site, start to finish.
How much does it cost?
$497 one time for a custom site, built and launched the way I design it, or $997 if you want it adjusted until it feels like yours. SmooveCare, monthly hosting and upkeep, is optional at $99 a month. Your domain stays yours either way.
