Tax & insurance office websites · Fountain Valley, CA

The site you keep meaning to build.

People choosing someone for their taxes or insurance want to trust you before they call. A clear site of your own does that work for you.

October 2026

I looked up five tax, accounting and insurance offices in Fountain Valley.

  • 3/5

had a footer year of 2024 or older (one still says 2015).

  • 2/5

had a button on the home page to book a consultation online.

  • 1/5

named a different city than their own office on the home page.

Several Fountain Valley offices have sites that look like they were last touched years ago.

What I saw, one by one

  1. A tax office's site had a 2020 footer, a newest blog post from January 2021 and a template demo link.
  2. A tax office's site had a 2015 footer and still carried a navigation link for tax year 2015.
  3. A tax office's site had a 2024 footer and named two different cities, one in the text and one in the address.
  4. A CPA office's site offered a free consultation, named business owners, executives and individuals as clients, and had a 2026 footer.
  5. A CPA office's welcome text named a nearby city instead of its own and contained a typo.

What your site would have.

Built from your real services, credentials and voice. No templates.

  • Who you help

Families, small businesses, landlords: the people you serve, said plainly.

  • Your services

What you do and, if you like, what it costs, so the right clients reach out.

  • Book a consultation

A new client picks a time or sends a request without phone tag.

  • Trust, up front

Your credentials, your years in practice and a secure site.

  • Your reviews

What your clients already say about you, on a page you own.

  • Map and tap to call

At the top of the page on a phone, where people look first.

If you've been putting it off

The reasons I hear, and what I do about them.

  • “It costs too much.”

$497 one time for a custom site. No monthly fee unless you want SmooveCare, and your domain stays in your name.

  • “I don't have time.”

You tell me about the office once. I build it, then walk you through it on a video call. Most designs are ready to demo in 48 hours or less.

  • “The last guy disappeared.”

I pick up the phone and I give honest timelines. Here's what people have to say about me.

Destin called with all the updates and was very honest with timelines and deadlines. It was a breath of fresh air to have the customer service that was given.

Questions office owners ask.

Can clients send me documents through the site?

The site can link to the secure portal you already use. I won't build a homemade upload for sensitive files.

I get most clients by word of mouth. Do I need this?

Referred clients still look you up before they call. A clear site of your own backs up the recommendation.

Who builds it?

Me. SmooveOperator is one person in Orange County, so you talk directly with the person designing and building your site, start to finish.

How much does it cost?

$497 one time for a custom site, built and launched the way I design it, or $997 if you want it adjusted until it feels like yours. SmooveCare, monthly hosting and upkeep, is optional at $99 a month. Your domain stays yours either way.
